peugeot 308 wheels on a citroen c5

Post by annie10 »

Peugeot 308 wheels on a Citroen c5.

found these steel wheels http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Wheels-195-65 ... SwUuhXb-~G
I know the pcd on pug wheels is 108 same as Citroen. being same manufacturer and same tyre size i would imagine the offset will be the same.
I'm sure they'll fit but does anyone know for sure either way

Hi Annie.
The 307 and 308 have the same offset, which is higher than our 406/C5 models.

You may need spacers, say 15mm or so - I can check for you when I get home, but in the meantime look online for PCD comparison sites like 'will they fit.com' or 'carlsalter.co.uk'.....

Also, some 308s are 5 stud.....

thanks. if i could get those for 50 quid ish and local-ish it would be great.

the c5 is behaving itself for now. tyres not great so I'm running 195 15 on alloys that i took off my unused xsara picasso. i have some steels for the c5 so i could remount the ebay tyres onto them. even at 80 pounds thats less than half a budget set would cost to have fitted.

The auction is for 16" 307 wheels, which according to reliable* online sources is 15 - 25, the same as the C5 - so I guess its model specific, say top spec Gti wheels may be different offset to basic spec steelies..

The ET (offset number) should be stamped on the inside of the rims for comparison.
