Lowering springs for the D9 406 estate?

Does anyone know the best place to try and get lowering springs for my 2001 D9 406 hdi 90BHP estate? somewhere preferably online to order from.

You should be careful not to lower it too much as it would look like an over-laiden estate to the police.
