I'd probably get the proper Peugeot sealant myself, to be on the safe side.

The fan belt system uses a sprung tensioner, just lever it back against the spring, pop a drill bit or similar through the two alignment holes, whip the old one off and then feed the new one on. Follow the Haynes manual and you can't go wrong.

Plan to get get the pug sealant, get a lot of the parts from the dealers, normally service parts. Kind of regular there and they normally give me discount :), to be fair price for a lot of stuff isn't too bad.

Sometimes get bits from GSF too.

Fan belt doesn't sound too bad, but you never know till you do this stuff. Do you (or anyone) know if the sump bolts are torx? (Don't any any torx bits at the min).

Not sure about the sump bolts, I thin kthey're just standard bolt heads.

I do the same parts wise, genuine or Eurocarparts/GSF.
