Drivers Side Window Problem

I've a problem wuth my drivers side window. It has opened fully but will not close. I've checked the voltages at the terminal block to the motor and these seem ok so I think it's the motor rather than the switch. I've read somewhere about a sequence for resetting the motor controller but can't recall exactly what it is. Can anyone help?
