How easy is it to get this pipe off to replace?

At the front, there are two bolts with springs in the middle, these are usually the most difficult parts to remove.....they are 10mm spanner / socket size, the bolt part fits in a slot with springs, washers, and nuts fastening it to the manifold.

It looks like yours has two brackets with mountings on, these should be straightforward to remove, you may find that where the cat joins the middle pipe a bit difficult to remove, it all depends on how rusty the bolts, etc, are.

I'll have a quick look at mine tomorrow to see if there's an easy way of doing it.
