Agree fully with what you say.
Fuelling, boost and cooling are all interrelated - to get the best you HAVE to increase all three proportionally. I believe that my plans cover these issues and will provide what I'm after. If this isn't considered as a package, then at best, you will not get the best results for the money spent and at worst you will end up with a car which performs worse - in every respect - than when you started.

Welly - I too fully agree with what you saying and in a post a long time ago on this subject you said the fueling was different on the 110 do you have a ref for this?
There is a 'tuning' remapping company link http://www.celtictuning.co.uk/ that recommend the addition of said intercooler and associated plumbing to the 90.
Has anyone gone down the changing of the nozzles in a hdi thought it was only for the VAG engines.
