idle speed

Hi everyone just wondered what the tickover speed should be on my 2.0 16 valve engine it is idling at 950 rpm which seems a bit fast to me thanks in advance ......Rob
1997 406 2.0 petrol estate lx..D8.............OH dear where does this nut go?

My book reads 850rpm for tickover +or- 50.

Sorry, my book reads "not adjustable".
