I wouldn't take a hammer to it, you'll stretch the metal even further. How about one of those companies that suck dents out?

Hmm hadnt thought of them wasnt sure if the portion of wing was too small as its the thinner part at the back of the front wing, really annoyed at the idiots on my estate who cannot drive its not the first time this has happened to someone.
Re: How can i get dent out
Use one of those suction cup dent pulley-outty things.
PS, note the use of specialised technical jargon!

as in the last post i would also use a special suctioncup, also i have seen people use dry ice , it reacts with the metal and is also pretty cheap
Re: How can i get dent out
Those suction cup tools are useless for anything but a large dent, eg, a pushed in door panel or something (I have one and have tried it).
The best way is to shape a block of wood or use a shaped block of steel (panel beaters tool) and massage the dent out from the back as best you can, when you are satisfied with the result, heat up the dent area carefully and gently with a blowlamp or hairdrier to help keep the shape.
I watched one of those dent removal guys in action once...this is what he did.
Do this at your own risk of course.

If you are trying the hairdryer and co2 trick, it has to be co2 liquid, not gas, you turn the co2 bottle upside down and spray the liquid on it because the gas isnt cold enough, do a search on youtube to watch some videos of how its done
