Also available from here.
- This one doesn't look like it needs welding?
I'm fairly sure my flexi section is leaking too, but they don't list mine :x

If you do get one CJ, I'd really appreciate some measurements - might save me shelling out for a cat as well :frown:

Yeah, very confusing! If it's one piece, how are you supposed to separate it?

Hi gents.
It would be best to find out which front pipe/cat is fitted to your particular car so you can tell if there is a possibility to fit a joining piece after the flexi bit onto the cat.
If you look on here....http://www.leisureshack.co.uk/peugeot-4 ... ystem.aspx, you can see there are a couple of different types of front pipe/cat fitted.
If either of you would like me to check out what is available to repair your front pipes, please PM your reg number and I will check with my local suppliers what is available.

These places that do 'Powerfow' stainless eggsauces might be a good bet I reckon. Wouldn't hurt to ring one up and explain the job or pop down even?

They'd have to drop the down pipe, get it on a bench, cut ...etc etc and probably a new clamp/seal at the turbo end?

I was quoted £60.00 I think for that old BMW Diesel we had.............It never did get done

Edit, Jasper beat me to it - good suggestion Jaspy.

Something tells me mine will be this one (DW10ATED) where it doesn't look like the flexi hose is replaceable without the cat. Oh well...

£120.00 aint too bad really, especially if you end up spending £70.00 odd quid on a patch up which may not work?

Can't remember exactly how much mine was (in amongst the £1,200.00 bill) but £140.00? rings a bell.

Cap'n - you might get some cash back on yer old CAT if you sell it to a gypsy for 'recycling' - it'd save him hacking one off in a car park
