Central Locking and Electric Windows

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Central Locking and Electric Windows

Post by Markt8 »

Hi guys i just bought a R reg 406 1.8 Petrol as a runabout but someone has had a go at the drivers door lock on the drivers side, for some reason though the Central Locking and Electric Windows arent working but the drivers door card is half off so maybe some wires are off but i dont think this would stop the whole systems working?? Is there any fuses or anything to check? Cheers

It's possible they've disturbed some connectors, either that or blown some fuses!

I'd start with checking the fuses in that case!
