Fanks PSP actually, looking at it now I should have shrunk the car a bit but... only took a couple of minutes anyway, it took me longer to find the water skier

Paint Shop Pro is BRILLIANT - loads of features, if you practice a bit, you can get some excellent results from it, matching or surpassing anything you can do in Photoshop. It's also VERY cheap in comparison to Photoshop.
