'Keys in Ignition' jingle

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

'Keys in Ignition' jingle

Post by CountryPug »

Right guys, the main annoyance I have with my 4ohh is the stupid jingle that lets you know that your keys are in the ignition. I know my keys are in the ignition, I put them there :x

My question is, is there any way to turn this jingle off? I remember my 107 had a beeper that went off after you went above 10mph without putting on your seatbelt. A sequence of key turns in the ignition disarmed it. Hoping theres a trick like this for the 406...

Thanks in advance :)

Not that I know to, and it wasn't a tweakable option on the BSI when my PP2000 was working :(
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang
