They sent it heading towards the back of a lorry at 20mph but it just carried on and stuffed it
My car has 'normal' braking i.e. I see stuff that I don't want to smash into so apply the footbrake!

As soon as I saw the ad for Volvos on the TV that showed that feature I thought hmm... I'd prefer to keep my own eyes on the road, thankyouverymuch.

I think the same thing happened with the current Mercedes S class' radar guided cruise control in front of the press. Embarrassing!!!

I think it was a lesser spec model than the S class, and apparently the reason it didn't work was because they 'forgot' to turn it on IIRC.

Ive watched it a few times now and it looks as tho the airbags dont work in Volvo's either

collisions below 30mph dont trigger airbags, or at least thats what i thought, not that im defending the vulva of course
