Well, I've been down there at 08:15, drank the Coffee, read the magazines, watched telly, ooogled at the lurvley girly (bubble butt in trousers Woo Hoo), and.........

They fixered it for FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Last time it was in for a service about 3 weeks ago and today they found the fault was caused by an air leak on the Air Box (after replacing the filter). They reset the code, test drove it, said they were so sorry for the inconvenience, and sent me on my way after about an hour 8) 8)

Here's my paparazzi-style photo from my Stool in the 'lounge' area......

And the lounge with free interweb (couldn't be arsed)....

Stick that up yer exhaust pipes :P :P :P :P

Nice one Welters, old chap. 8)

To summarise....

They cocked up fitting your air filter, leading to a weekend of worry, a cancelled wedding aniversary trip, (or similar), not to mention the potential for your motah to run weak or injest bits of the countryside.....

To compensate you for this traumatic experience they made you a cuppa, distracted you wiv Puggy's eye-candy and didn't actually charge you for the privilege.

You could have had a good old rant and watched 'em squirm for a bit, at least.

P.S.
I would have insisted they justify the 'Free styling pack worth £999', (as all the evidence suggests such items reduce the value of you conveyance).
