Is FM getting switched off?
I know analogue TV is getting switched off here in 2012, which is good as it will allocate more bandwidth to digital.
Didn't know about FM. What a shame, only got the radio on the 406 working and it will be picking up static again in a few years!
BTW - was in Wigan myself in July, nice wee town, some decent pubs in the centre! Got a couple of tins of uncle joes mint balls, theyre a nice sweet!

yes uncle joes love them, i live about 1 mile from the factory,
it may be different for you then if your analoge tv is only being switched off in 2012, ours here has allready gone off, only digital tv now,
ye talks fm will be gone in a round 5 years here so it may be 7 over there, i dont use much FM anyway anymore digital has much better radio stations,

if fm radio is getting switched off will they leave the airwaves free for the pirate stations to use them again, and whats french radio like, i always forget to take a radio when im in france
