Does that include a Focus, with Volvo badges?
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

without trying to start an argument, the 407's handling is far superior to the 406, mainly because its a newer setup.

Is bsm not the denotion used on hot hatch rovers which in that guise made no sense either.
There is too many meaningless or confusing acronoms in cars, what does lx mean, or what did gld once mean on old cars i understand the d for diesel but what did gl mean.

ive had mine 4 yrs and i would buy it again, so yes i would recommend them, they do suffer some issues but not as bad electricaly as the 406 and theyve been out long enough now so all problems have been found out about and dealt with. The Two main worries are the DMF (same as the 110 Hdi) and the DPF which again can be an issue on the 406, clutches have been a problem for some including myself and balljoints fail on a fairly regular basis (£40 or so off ebay).
if you want more info start a new thread so's we dont hijack this one anymore :D

I'd agree with this all day long. I drove my work's 407 estate to Manchester and back, and on the twisty roads, it was superb.
