I had someone park in my parking spot yesterday
It was a hire van and looked like someone was moving out
I blocked them in, and thought about being funny, but couldn't be arsed, and went out to wash the 406 ready for the supposed buyer and then wash the dingo
I saw the driver and told him it was my car blocking him in and why
He didn't offer to move it, but then, did I really want them struggling past my car and possibly denting or scratching it to get past it ( my space is directly at the bottom of the stairs ) so left it
The guy 4 hours later knocked on the door apologised and thanked me for letting them use the space, and my thoughts of doing 'a Bailes' melted away

I feel I need to clarify on the driving

Yes generally as i've got older, I just think sod it, it's not worth the agro, but when someone is so obviously in the wrong, we were side by side, so not as if he was trying to get over into my lane as how the feck can you miss a white lorry right next to ya  and to then give me the w**ker sign. All he had to do was put his hand up in the gesture of oops, yes i've drifted over, sorry.
Think with driving a Shogun, he's just a bully boy and so used to just intimidating other road users with the size of the vehicle, but it just dont work out when it;s the other way round

Maybe it's partly my fault
No, not the situation, as like I say he was 100% to blame, whereas sometimes it's yeah, that was a bit 50/50 and if you get the finger or whatever, then you just give it back
But
Maybe the fact that i've been going the gym, lost all that weight, i've gone from being total non confrontational, to now having a bit more self confidence
NNNNOOOOooooo i'm not going to stop going the gym just to be less confrontational     Enjoying my new lifestyle far too much to become a fat b'stard again

I had a corker towing the caravan last Friday.
The last two miles of my journey were down a 1 lane coastal road with places to pull in every now and then to let people pass or pass people... I was told nothing of this but sat nav said i had two miles of it and after about a mile i had passed loads of people who had pulled in or i had pulled in for.

Until.

Knobhead in a 306 estate coming the other way... Now to my right about 10 feet back was a pull in but he had stopped for me further on, i could see that i would just about pass him there but decided to flash him and point to the space to the right of me... So i was going to reverse a caravan down a narrow lane so he could pull in safely to my right and i'd pass him.

Well he thought i was telling him to reverse back so being a cock he flawed it in reverse and put his hands in the air muttering something like "is that enough f*cking room for you?" so i drove forward and he done the same again but this time it was only about 5 feet because he reversed into a hedge in anger.

i drove up to him put the window down and said "i was only saying it was safer to pass BACK THERE" ..... I carried on my merry way but he didn't move because next to the hedge he hit was a stream and his back wheel was down in it. :supafrisk:

Talking of driving knobs...
Drove down to Trowbridge in Wiltshire today. It was about 0 degrees and the roads were damp, so a little slippery.

I was driving my fathers BMW and had a mini drift comming around a corner a few miles down the road from Pensylvania. So managed to get around the corner and straighten up to be greeted with a Peugeot 206 on my side of the road about 10yds infront of me overtaking a cyclist
