Umm, stuck for ideas... Is it a regular flash or an every now and then it flashes flash?

stop light olny starts flashing when the climate control or a/c is in use????

"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

What does the temperature gauge do? Do(es) the fan(s) run? I can't think it would bring up a warning just because the air con needs regassing but did you consider doing this anyway, if only to eliminate this as a possible cause? You never know, the sun might actually shine this year.

my car is a strange one when im driving it the temp gauge doesnt go above 70 when im in traffic goes up to 90. i have never herd the fans under the bonnet come on.

That could be the problem, you really need to make sure your fan(s) are going, you might do to take the grill off and run it 'til it's hot, turn the a/c on. AFAIK the fan(s) should run on low speed all the time when the a/c's running, hitting high speed now and then when it gets hot. Not too hot mind! If it/they never run(s) then you might have your answer.
