as for the pump it runs 12v from a relay triggerd by the CC ecu behind the glove box, the relay is fed from the engine running relay
When you say "it runs 12v" you mean it's pulsed 12v at an appropriate speed to maintain a constant pressure? I can't see it just being held at 12v for a while to pump up pressure then left alone - that would be incredibly dangerous as it would require positive action from something else in order to release the throttle

the pump is fed a steady 12v DC, feed not PWM, it only functions when the CC is engaged, the servo regulates the amount of vacuum it uses to control the throttle

I had a look this evening but all i can see is that the vacuum pipe going to the actuator just disappears down somewhere out of sight towards the bottom of the engine bay and back, in the general direction of the passenger seat :/
