sorry to hear about that john , what a heartless bitch :evil: , i went thro something very similair with my ex ( she run up lots of debts in my name without me knowing which im still paying off ) . the way things are with petrol prices at the moment small cars are holding their price very well and you would be very hard pushed to find something any where near as reliable as your pug for less than a grand but if you are worried about losing it in the divorce couldnt you change the owners name on the log book to a close family member ( brother , parent ) that way you dont legally own it :? wish you all the best of luck anyway 8)

Thanks guys. Need to sell the 406 to cover some of the solicitors costs, fortunately living in Slough means I can use public transport for a while, to get to work and then once things are sorrted, buy another car (and yes it will be another D8 :D )
