It depends on the humidity of the place the car is being stored, if the garage is damp and doesnt have good air flow the condensation can sit on the car and rot it that way, my uncles old 505 has this problem, its sat for the best part of 20 years, he thinks its in mint condition but ive looked round it with a torch and its in a very poor state.lozz wrote:it might 'fly away with all them feathers on it,.
And some say' pidgeon shite rot's away cars, it seems to have some what preserved that one.
My 190'e has rotted away..iner wings/wings.. floor. and thats been sort of dry stored.
