Dont be a pussy ffs, hunting is nothing, smell is nothing, keep ya windows closed when you first start it.
To hell what anyone in the street thinks, its perfectly legal. Just use it and enjoy the fuel savings.

theyl all end up obese theyl all have the munchies ,
only joking,
yup iagree veg oil is a money saver so abit of smoke as gota be worth it to save a few £££s
ive seen loads of cars running on crisp n dry it dont bother them but too each to there own huh
Should of kept with it for a few weeks or a month at least. You'd then benefit of a nice running quieter diesel which saves you money.
I've done about 2,000 miles on my 406 with Veg, and its running sweet, very very quiet, far quieter than when it was on diesel.

Very illegal for road use, not allowed to use white spirit as a road fuel. (besides which, petrol is cheaper)
I'm sure your allowed to use non kersosene based WS. It's the kerosene (heating oil) that they don't like?

ibet used oil wouid be better over new stuff,
im not thinking of the costs but the fact that old stuff as been heated up loads of times and thinned naturaly ,
I loved running my 406 on veg oil. Turbo up, fuel pump up and advanced and the thing flew!
Only thing is I did blow the seal on the throttle arm, but hey it's still going even now! Although on diesel at the moment as I can't get any waste oil.
