Bringing it to Cosford should it pass the MOT?

Congratulations John, your years of expertise do you proud..

Hasn't taken you too long to sort it out either, I do hope you'll be keeping hold of it seen as its a rare beauty? :D

Just got back from mot test....

Passed with advisories on front brake discs (penalty of being stood so long) and rear suspension upper link rods slight play. :D :D

Found a fault on the vacuum pipe fitting to the air filter box, pipe has been broken off but looked like it was still connected....showed up as a high lambda setting on emissions...I held it closed whilst the emission test was done :cheesy:

Aux belt is annoyingly noisy so i'll replace that!

Thank you :D

Is anyone going to Cosford?

I will tax it on tuesday and let Sue use it for work next week to get it back into use.

Yaaaaaay! She lives! 8)

I still think we should put Cosford back a few weeks, it just too soon after Haynes. Having said that I'll probably make the effort whenever it is. :P

Great news. :cheesy:

Can't promise I'll make to Cosford, but my vote would be for leaving it a while longer.

Sonia, Saturdays are generally for rugby (or football in John's case), Sundays are for car club meets.
Sorry, we don't make the rules, it's the law.

Well done John!
