i have a full set of 4 in great condition, lowering the car 40mm

I've got some standard springs no longer needed as lowered mine already. How would you want to go about swapping them? I may be down Leeds way in a few weeks as my mates just had his first bambino so may end up popping down to see them. Dunno if that helps or not...
