406 2001 HDi 90 BHP, 102,000, service receipts from the last 3 yrs that I have owned it some from before, bodywork is pretty poor plenty of dings and wacks
Currently non-runner. It is at local Pug dealers and they have told me that it either needs a clutch, or there is a major gear box problem but until they can start it, it needs a flywheel (crankshaft) sensor, they cannot tell me. Oh and the rear window is shattered. See my posts under Engine and Transmission for more details......
Anyway currently it'll cost me £70, but if I authorise more investigation it'll cost from about £550 to get it running again. Although this is the first major issue I have had I have decided I am going to scrap it and buy something else (don't ask what)......I doubt I'll get much if anything from the usual places that collect for scrap and have nowhere to keep it and sell off scrap myself.
So does anyone have any suggestions or offers? Pug dealers will ring me in the morning and I guess they'll want it orf of their land pretty quick.
Cheers
Marcus

Its a D9 black saloon, 2.0i HDi 90bhp.........
Its in the garage so no pics. Its got plenty of knocks, bumps and scratches. Interior is cream and also hardly beautiful! Given that 102,000 is considered reasonable for an HDi I assume once fixed it could last a while....or good for some spares.
