Take a look under your front seats.... See the orange wire connected to the base. Well that the connection to the heater element in your seats! (if my brother in laws P reg LX has got it then they all have) All the plugs will already be under your current centre console, just plug and play!
So Im flogging an exec centre console with the cut out for the heated seat buttons. Might even throw in the heated seat buttons themselves if the guy who bought the interior doesnt show up with his old steering wheel soon.
