Front seats = yes
Rear seats = not without some kind of modification (basically no)

Keep an eye out for Executive-trim saloons; they do pop up from time to time in scrappies. You'll want the door cards too.

D9 saloon seats need big side things, and are mounted in a different place.

Im assuming the best colour to retrofit leather is black, has anyone ever done cream. Id say it would be a big job because on top of the seats a lot of other stuff is cream, the door cards, rooflining, a,b and c pillar trim, the carpet, even the two courtesy lights, and the parcel shelf. If anyone on this site has ever retrofitted a cream interior well i take my hat off to you and say well done.

at last someone else with cream, yes i suppose red would work. Its hard to disagree on this site, but i will disagree about the red, i see nothing ghay about red and cream leather.

i changed a cream interior to black i know its oposite to what you said but on the other note yes it was a huge job it took me a solid 9 hours

seats . carpets. doorcards. pillars , center console out all side floor trim out, it basically looked like a shell inside when i stripped it out but with the dashboard still in

i wont be doing that again in a hurry, it did make me £50 for the days work so i wasnt to bothered but next time it will be £100 at least for all that labour

I thought my grey to black was bad enough, but at least I only had to change lower dash, seats & door cards!

cream would be a fecking nightmare, but worth it. 'The way the light softly radiates upon the smooth supple creamy leather it creates an ambient and warm atmosphere of serenety and peace'. How does that sound like for marketing purposes, im not even 100% sure what serenety means but its in there.

Google says:

Web definitions for serenity
- repose: a disposition free from stress or emotion
wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn - Definition in context
