Service box

Hi to you all, as a relatively new member, i've been looking through posts picking up information. I've noticed that "Service Box" is mentioned a number of times as a place to pick up information of a Cars specification new from the factory. What is "Service box" and how is it accessed? i used my name folowed by motors
