Does anyone know how i can find out the info of the registered keeper of a vehicle from the registration or even if its possible??
Its not for anything underhand i just spotted a mate on the road going the other way and clocked his reg and wondered if i could surprise him

but you have to contact dvla to do this and theyl charge you a fee,
theyl also ask you what your interest in the vehicle is,
other than that idont think theres anyother way not unless youve got access to the pnc system
