wing mirror connections and OAT sensor

oki i am trying to rig up a OAT sensor in the passenger wing mirror so that I get OAT on my trip computer i am installing

I have a 1.9DT LX from 1996

I am aware I may not get TC functionality beign a diesel but that task is next
at the moment I am just wishing to get OAT readout

I have wires 6 and 7 (both orange) connected on the tc connector (in fact I have wires n0 1-8 all connected)
however, i am not sure where wires 6 and 7 go
when I inspect the passenger wing mirror (which is currently a manual one) I have a connector with 3 wires coming out - one brown, one green and one yellow.

So I am lost how ot connect the OAT guage
can anyone enlighten me which wires I am seeing in my wing mirror connector and where I may find the wires coming from 6 & 7 on the trip computer (721 and 722) so i may connect the sensor
