swapping from manual rear windows to electric ones???

right chaps had a daft notion at work last night, my estate has manual wind up windows in the rear doors, would it be possible to swap the mechanisms for electric windows?? or would i be better off replacing the rear doors with some with electric windows already?

i know id have to get the wiring in place and some door switches
