Display and Radio Problem

Post by pushcaddy »

Hiya Guys,
Think I've tried everything to sort this out if anybody can help me out it would be greatly appreciated!
(V)Peugeot 406-HDi 2.0
Here goes, heads up display (standard one, radio station, temp etc) suddenlt stopped working or so I thought, closer investigation revealed the display still worked can see it from a certain angle, anyway assumed bulbs so removed unit and replaced all three bulbs no joy. Purchased a new (used) unit exact same problem display is there but bulbs not working!

At around about the same time, the radio stopped working? After lots of faffing about the only way to get the radio on is to keep a cd inserted all the time then, eject the cd, reinsert it and it starts playing then press the function button the radio and voila I have radio!

Got to be connected surely???? Any ideas guys would be very gratefully received...................

Many Thanks
Steve
