For my piece of mind .... Urgent help please.

Hi all,

Well on Friday I had the top up coolant warning light on the drive home ... so I stopped topped up and then 20mins down the road it came on again.



After investigating I found a bolt hole (I think) without anything in?? So I tried a few different bolts and found on that fitted ... the hole even has a tread.



I think the leaking has stopped but I’m a little worried what was attached there in the first place?? It’s located (if you’re standing in front of the car) to the right, under the MDF??

Can you help please??

It could be just myself but looks like that hose in the bottom right hand of the picture is the culprit.

Well when I had a look the hose seemed fine (just real dirty), but I was going to replace it asap. The coolant need changing soon anyways so might do it then.

No I haven't found out what goes there, can anyone have a look for me?? lol
