Clips... and Seals...

Post by Pilch »

What is the name of the clips that hold the interior door cards onto the door?

And any idea of the cost of the door sill seals that run along the bottom of the doors? Mine are gone but the end of the clips have been left in!

Don't know the name of the door card clips, but the part number is 6991 43 & they're 17p each from dealers - picked up 10 yesterday.

Think the sill seals are £30 each.

They the black ones, with a ball that closes and pushes in? The back is a 3/4 of a circle you twist into place?

Hog rings are what Autotrimmers use to repair seats. they hold the seat webbing to the frame

heres the servicebox diagram for the door card:
Image
your probably after 73, in the top right, the screenshot hasnt got a part number its 6991 43 clip diam 8.8 17p each
if its 74 you need its part number is 6995 Y5 Hog ring 22p each

the sealing sheets are about £40 which is a disgrace, its better to try and get one out of a scrapyard, but you need patience.
