Bluey's back - YAYYYYYYYYYY :cheesy: :cheesy:

Geordie, good that you put the Original wheels back on, I keep toying with the idea of some 16's from the later models, these have 55 profiles which would handle better.

Oh, and don't go watching TV on the move, or you'll get lifted

I gotta say, the standard wheels look sweet on your motah. The ICE looks cool too. are you gonna paint the head unit adapter panel to match the rest of the dash? I was always surprised you hadn't painted the front of the original radio to match.

On balance, nice.

I will paint it to match eventually, I'll have to take it all out again to do that, so gonna wait and get bits I need to connect my PS2 to it and a poss a camera on the rear bumper so I can see where I'm reversing, all the wiring is on the head unit for it. Then I will paint it all properly.

Sunstrip is supposed to be illegal as wipers go over it, so gonna get some smaller wipers lol.
2 m8s almost got fined £30 for there's, and 1 got fined £30 for an illegal no plate.

Police up here and also handing out Section 59's like confetti atm. Even if ur just standing by the car, and not actually driving it, got a few dick heads doing handbrake turns tho so looks like we all getting targeted atm.

Now say whatever you like about the MG ZS, but my little bro has a sunstrip on his ZS that is (by the looks of things) at least half as deep again as GordieBoy's and yet - he's passed 3 MOT's and a "friendly" check by the Met's finest TrafPol

Strange :?

Depends if they wanna be twats about it, I drove passed a few police and vosa when I went to crail in scotland and they never said owt about it, just waved me on lol.

The copper that done the lad for no plate was a right w**ker (soz turbolag) but he was. His attitude stank. He pulls up and says whats wrong with that no plate, answer nothing, copper then says well it has a newcastle badge on and you are in middlesbrough so thats a £30 fine for a start b4 I even check the rest of ur car over. We were only in a car park doing nowt but standing around. Only last week another car park was raided and everyone stopped from going out, when asked why all we got from WPC was sick of arseholes, no one doing owt wrong just standing by cars talking. Looks like everyone getting section 59's for that. Pleased I wasn't there lol.

Unfortunately, it seems however innocent your intentions are when gathering in car parks admiring one anothers cars, or whatever, you single yourselves out as potential trouble makers or in other words 'Anti Social Behavior'.

It is a shame for those who are genuine but the fact remains that our Chavy freinds in there Maxxed-Out Spaxos and Honda Shitvics DO drive like Spakkers in public places trying to show off their (poor) driving where families and others would normally be going about there business.

It is the duty of the Police therefore to minimise these activities and the seeming negative effect they have on our communities. A 'slightly' illegal number plate, neonz, window tintz, etc etc can be a sign that all may not be well with the vehicle or occupants and if left unchecked would result in these motorists 'pushing the boundaries' even further.

All the Police can do is enforce the road traffic laws which give clear advice about lighting, numberplates, obscured vision of the driver etc. everyting needed for the safe operation of a Vehicle.

I would imagine, if I started to hang out down at my local retail park near MacDonalds late at night then I too would eventually have some kind of contact with the Police because that's what attracts their attention.
