time and date

hi ya ..need a bit more advise have just fitted new belts pulleys water pump etc etc ...only prob is i dont have a hand book and cant figure out how to reset my clock ..time etc ... Ive been round this site about 10 times and cant find anything can some one help please :roll:

have you tried pressing and holding the display button's ?

:| sorry not being thick here I hope ...my display only has the controls for radio station /cd etc ..doesnt seem to effect the time or date .would it be on the sat nav remote ??? that i need to adjust it ?
