Wanted: Cheap HDI MAP Sensor

Post by rlees85 »

99.9% mines not right (almost stalling when moving off from idle, slow response to throttle, etc) and MAF has already been tested. before splashing out £40 for a new one I want to make sure its the MAP sensor and also I want to flush my intercooler so the new one dont break again.

so in the meantime has anyone got a working spare lying around they are willing to part with fairly cheaply? :cheesy:

pretty sure the map from 2.2 and 2.0 are the same so either would do!

cheers

2.0 & 2.2 ones are the same, takes literally seconds to swap them. Do you know anyone nearby who might loan you theirs for 5 minutes?
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)
