Welcome to the 406 Owners Club (406oc.co.uk and pug406.co.uk). If you havn't registered, you can post in here, and find out what the site is all about!
Hi folks
I am a regular user of forums under the pseudonym Dr. Rog, which I can almost use here.
I have recently purchased a 406 2.1 TD family estate, which unfortunately has proven an unwise buy. Nothing terrible so far, but enough to spoil the experience. I will be posting a few "help" threads and will greatly appreciate any help you can offer.
I used to have a 505 GTI family estate and greatly enjoy the steering on the 406 as it reminds me of what was probably my favourite car ever.
Cheers

Hi and welcome I would say it was a wise buy I have a 2.1 glx saloon and I love it one of the best engines u can have and I think a few ppl on here would agree
2.1 glx p reg d9 half leather electric seats d9 centre console leather steering wheel front lag splitter de badged front end strut brace all grey bits of interior is now black
Things to do finish off fitting leather door cards, coil overs, window tint, fit wolfrace wheels with 20 mm spacers 225.45.17 and the list will continue
In general, they are great cars and with a bit of work and the help of people here, you should get all the niggles sorted and it should hopefully prove to be an enjoyable car to own.
Do post some pictures when you get time, we always like to see them.

I am impressed by the size of this forum and the amount of posting, I suppose I am not surprised as there are a lot of 406s on the road still.
I found the PeugeotForums site first and it is rather dead to say the least, so I was worried there was no support out there. You have made me feel a bit happier.
