twin exhausts on a 1998 1.8LX

Post by Strak »

I've just bought a nice 406 and want to add a couple of mods, does anyone know if its possible to fit twin exhausts to a 1998 1.8 LX? dont know alot about mods but that is the result I am aiming for as it looks really smart.

Yes it would be possible theres nothing in the way to stop you spliting the exhaust to two at the back.
I know someone on here has already done this(can't remeber who tho!)

If it was me I'd splash out and get urself a cutom made stainless steel one made and fitted, by someone like powerflow or infinity, theres quite a few ppl about that do it now....and there garrenteed for life!! will last longer than the car!
Assumptions are the mother of all F**k ups.
