What? You're one of the most sensible ones here, and I for one value your words very highly.
But, sometimes, its time for a break, so pleeease come back so we can have the benifit of your conciderable wisdom again.

I can only echo what the others have said above, I am NOT handy with the spanners and guys like jasper with experience and knowing the pitfalls are invaluable help if they are happy to.

This is a free forum and whoever posts on here does so freely and because they feel they can make an input, save someone some money, whatever but at the end of the day you have to want to make an input.

I hope you don't disappear too jasper, maybe you'll be happy to return some day?

Past being useful? I'm always relieved when you turn up to add some sanity to the proceedings :cheesy: Let's hear it from the guy who actually knows what he's doing

I can understand if you're bored with the forum, sometimes it just seems to be the same old questions again and again and again and a few times I look in here and I just can't be bothered with it, but then something will happen and it'll suck me back in again

So if you need to take some time off from it that's cool, but you'll always be welcome whatever you want to talk about. We don't just do cars here...

Au reservoir!

Forums ? no wonder, it's hard enough keeping up with this one let alone others.

I can see that if he's spending 1/2 hr or more per day here then his time might be better spent doing other things (like earning money) the mechanic I use said he's gone from customers wanting only the very basic or essential repairs to cut costs to others who are hanging onto their older motors and spending a bit keeping them in good shape for another couple of years. He didn't really know what was going on from one week to the next.
