Looks nice, I think you forgot to list the age of the car?

Lovely jubbly   Only 850 quid? Gnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnargh!! *head explodes*

I can second the problem with the p/s fluid leak, it happened on my D8 estate, the standard jubilee doesn't tighten any further so, rather than drop p/s fluid everywhere, I cut the old one off, spread out a new one, slipped it on & tightened it up. I seem to recall there's a how to for the seat cable on the coupe club. Not sure about the heater fan, I thought they either worked or they didn't on D8s

All of those are common problems easy to fix, even the heater powering on max it's just a heater part that has to be changed, not very cheap but not that expensive either I seem to recall. Shame about the steering wheel but that too can be changed for a good one from Ade.

really sorry for the delay, i never even realised this had posted up because every time i tried to post it up the other day, the site timed out and i kept getting MySQL database errors, so i abandoned ship and forgot!

anyway, the car is a 1998 S plate. and i am based in Manchester, Stockport (SK2). i've got my 306 HDi which i'm fixing up to replace this so that's why i've not touched the PAS jubilee clip yet. the heater genuinely doesn't bother me, i've had a price off Ade for the bits and he's offered to let me take the car there and try a few things but i've left it for now as it's not caused any problems!
