My intention was to break it, as I think it's worth a lot more that way, but seems such a waste to do so.
I'll give it one last push as is, as like I say, seems such a shame.
The tax runs out on friday, but is still MOT'd till May '13
Presently requires a starter motor, but I may still source and fit one if I get any interest.
Good Bits:
17" Alloys with 2x 225/45/17 tyres new in May '12, and 2x 225/45/17 tyres new in May '11 _ only do 6k a year, so around 3k on the fronts, and 9k on the rears
Leather Interior from an Executive, with NO RIPS AROUND SEAT SWITCH - passenger side fully working, drivers side, the front of the base doesn't lower
The above is wired in with a ECU conversion from an Executive as well - cost me well over £200 to get done, as had to buy a D9 centre console for heated seat switches.
Black Ash dash, door and ashtray
Custom painted clock surround, radio front, digital air con front, and MFD surround, as well as air vent surround on passenger side.
D9 air vents
D9 Hand brake button
D9 centre console
Aluminum clock surrounds - 5 rings
Leather coupe steering wheel ( tad smaller diameter than saloon/estate)
Powerflow exhaust from a V6 coupe fitted, with custom downpipe and decat'd
ECU remapped to 140BHP ( before zorst fitted, so maybe nearer 150??)
Engine runs sweet, never uses oil or water ( in 6 years of ownership, I think I put the tiniest bit of oil in it just once)
Reconditioned rear calipers
New rear droplinks in July
Crank Pulley 515V6 replaced with genuine Pug item couple of years back
All road springs been replaced a couple of years back
Clear side repeators
Rear Spoiler - genuine pug
Body colour coded - no chrome
New Ignition wiring fitted few weeks back
Bad Bits
Yes, high miles @186k, but engine runs sweet, as said above, and these engines go for 300k
Suffered quite of a number of hailstorm dents a few months back
Small amount of corrosion on front n/s wing
Tax runs out friday
Presently requires starter motor - but will try and source replacement
N/S backplate needs changing - got a replacement second hand one from Dai, but never fitted as yet
As I say, such a shame, as I did loads to the car, and still presentable enough despite the hailstone damage
Would be nice car for someone if they wanted to take on as a project to get it back to how it was

I'll give it till friday, then declare it sorn, and try it on the bay
