Front bumper guard
I have a 2001 peugeot 406 D9 (3L 24V) and I was wondering if anyone knows the part number and cost of the black bit underneath the front bumper (see picture). I got the car today and it came with only half of that bit...

Oh no, not just any V6 406 - a coupé, no less 
There is a club for the coupés - http://www.406coupeclub.org/PHPBB3/
The splitter is all one expensive bit - 7414K4 BUMPR DEFLECTOR 52.33 GBP but you could try the coupé club's resident breaker, Ade1122, to see if he can help you out.
