Since you haven't got cruise, just ignore it.
(The 2 swithces are supposed to operate a little apart and in the right order as you press and release the pedal).
You can monitor it somewhere with PP2000, 'Driving Information', maybe?

I have the same code when I had the remote reprogrammed. No idea what it is since cruise works and brakes brake
I did have a faulty cruise a few years ago when the cruise switch fell out at the brake pedal, so it could be a remnant of that...

So you've got both the wiring and the switch but no cruise, while I have neither wiring nor switch but a stalk I want to fit but don't want to run wires across the engine bay 
It's there at the ecu but where it goes then is anybody's guess 
If the Yoyo ever comes back from the garage I've got a wire locator to try out...
