Help Needed Please

Does anyone in or around Leicester have PP that would be prepared to come my house and do some diagnostics for me please,happy to pay for it or fuel costs.Car [52 reg 110 hdi],is only running on 3 cylinders at the mo,RAC on the way but they have all ready been to it once and told me to replace an injector which I have but its stil the same??
