airbag removal tactics

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

airbag removal tactics

Post by briangoo »

Hi all got to remove a airbag off a scrap car to get the com2000 off. But on mine you put a screw driver through the hole underneath & off it pops lol. But on the scrap car it seams it has 2 screw holes either side of the wheel so are they screws or star screws ????

The how to is for the airbag that's held on with a spring, as far as I know if they're not held on with a spring they're not com2000 but I'm keeping an open mind.

yes I've used this guy before he's spot on. it's just there was 2 cars with them & they both felt nice & tight 1 even had cruise control & radio functions. but both had screws holding the airbag & I thought grab them while they were available. oh & £30 each bargain
