1. The HORN hasnt regularly worked since I changed the COMMS unit about a year ago it DID work once the following day.
I have cleaned the terminals on the back of the steering wheel at least twice. Is there a way of running a test-wire from the
centre of the steering to I AM not SURE to where ITS BEEN A WHILE since I gave it ago. Just to IDENTIFY where the BAD
EARTH is.?
2.Heated rear screen has not worked at all since I have had the car.Iam told it comes on for 15 mins with mirrors. They do adjust OK.
IAM more worried about the REAR screen its a saloon.Is there a fuse & is there a relay to run it for 15 mins.? If so where is it?
3.Why doesnt the Temp guage go below 14 C.?Is it a tell tale sign of my aircon not working ?

PS i have mutimeter to check for BAD EARTHS
pps iam waiting for Mr Autosparks to turn up & Diagnose the DEAD PUG.

Hi mate,
1) horns don't always work when you need them, just get to grips with where best to push....
2) not sure, sorry. I don't think all cars have heated mirrors, maybe only the posh ones..?
3) 14 degrees is the minimum on all 406 climate controls, if you want to go colder then crank up the aircon too.
