406 D8 SRTD - Vents are working at ACC key mode

Hey.

Do not know if this is a fault, or that's how it should be.

2 Vents are working on low speed as soon as turning the key ACC mode - Even when the engine is cold !
Once turning the key to ON, the vents shut down.

Is that right ?
What is needed to check? BITRON unit ? 3 relays on the front car ?

I note that once the engine is working, they activated only when engine temperature rises above 92 degrees approximately.
