Position of front left fog light TOP BOLT
I cant even see it HOW I accses it iam doing the job now THANX people

You have to do it by feel. I've seen it done (passenger side) by midsmike whose determination was unwavering.
If you get the bottom screws off then you can pull the fog light back a bit and see a bit between the top of the fog light and the bumper.

I eventually got the top bolts off mine but they never went back on on the refit,they seem sturdy enough without them.

The bit of plastic in the way is held in with a couple of plastic rivets i think, once they are off the thing comes out giving much better access to the top screw.
