Oxygen sensor

Please which fuse is controlling oxygen sensors.. Mine is showing "short circuit to earth" and all the fuses are on inside the fuse box.. And the sensor is reading in pp2000 whenever i checked.. Likewise thr sensor is heating up when i checked.. But whenever i actuate it from pp2000 it will show short circuit to earth.. Which means is not really communicating with the ecu properly.. I dunno if the is a way to fix it or to reset my ecu( don't even know how to reset it)..
